Here’s how to ensure your appointment is seamless:

• Hair Prep: Please arrive with clean, fully blown-out hair, free of oils or greases.
• Deposit: A $30 deposit is required to book, credited toward your final cash payment.
• Timing: A 15-minute grace period is offered, but late arrivals beyond that incur a $25 fee.
• Cancellations: No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged 75% of the remaining balance and will result in a ban on future bookings.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
• Hair Provided: Natural braiding hair (1, 1b, 2, and 4) is included. Other colors must be provided by you.
